Self-serve website down?

Can't seem to be able to access it.. Tried it from all Edge/Firefox/Chrome, but still no luck. 
Anyone having same issue as me?

Take you time and waited it out managed to get in last evening

I'm afraid no-one knows.  Keep trying at different hours and you might get lucky when there's less traffic.  I haven't been able to log in either.

Same problem I'm having I've been trying for the past hour and a half to two hours

Yes, I find the Public Mobile self serve site to be painfully slow also. Just trying to find out how much data you have remaining on your plan can be an exercise in frustration.

I just tried it and it is working....but painfully slow !!

@ they have had more problems then usual the last few days it usually clears up on its own in a few hours Smiley Happy
