Hey guys, I had a few bad experiences with the public mobile password reset link. It takes several hours to get the password reset email. The issue has been the same for several months now. Any announcement from PM or you guys know any information on when this would be resolved. It was a really annoying experience.

One of the company bigwigs started a thread about asking for input via a survey. Maybe they're finally thinking of addressing it. Look for it in the Announcements category.
