All I get is a blank page at this link:

I want to access my account but I don't even have the option to log in.

Yes, seems others having issues too.

i had the same issue. But then i opened a tab in incognito mode and it worked! 

Any luck for you this method?

keyboard shortcut to open an Incognito window:

Windows, Linux, or Chrome OS: Press Ctrl + Shift + n.

Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + n.
