Self-Serve Portal Not Working

Hello Folks!

I am a new PM user. I just got my SIM and activated at the store. When I got back home and tried to access self-serve portal (https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca), all I got is blank page. I wanted to change my number. What can be the solution here?

@raghavgururajanThe website is just down for the moment.. hopefully they will restart it soon... so just have to be patient and wait.

It's down for me too... this has been a constant issue recently more than normal I find.

Me too Self Serve doesn't work. Meanwhile, try 611 on your phone to purchase addons. Worked for me for a U.S. data pass an hour ago.

Clear your browser's cache and restart your computer and try the self serve again

try private mode 

try another browser on a different device
