I am a new PM user. I just got my SIM and activated at the store. When I got back home and tried to access self-serve portal (https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca), all I got is blank page. I wanted to change my number. What can be the solution here?

It wasn't working for me this morning either.
It's down for me too... this has been a constant issue recently more than normal I find.
It's back up for me just now.

Still not loading for me..
Clear your browser's cache and restart your computer and try the self serve again
try private mode
try another browser on a different device
