Good Afternoon,

I am trying to set up my self serve. I registered with autopay and my sim is not provisioned. Because of this, I cannot create a self serve to troubleshoot. Seeking help in fixing this issue.

Welcome to public mobile! Happy to hear you are finally up and running and I'm sure the moderators appreciated your patience. You can always ask for a review link when you are all done with the moderator and rate your interaction with them. This is one of the ways pm learns how their customer support is doing and where they need improvement.

FYI...there is no real reason why a sim card does not provision correctly upon activation other than a glitch in the system. Its not entirely uncommon but percentage wise its fairly unusual in comparison to other problems that creep up. Whenever you need help or have a question you are welcome here anytime. Thank you for the update.

I am happy to report that my sim card has been activated and I am now enjoying mobile service on Public. It was necessary to go through Simon and seek "human" support. Once I connected with the support team they were very helpful. You do have to be patient and fortunately for me I wasn't in a rush. I tried to get additional information about why the issue had occurred but was advised that it was resolved through the backend and that anyone experiencing similar problems should contact online support.
