I was trying to active my new SIM card but the activation didn't went through and public mobile charged my account already. I sent private message to fix it but no one reply. What can I do now?

actually, the activiation may not have failed. when i did mine, it said it failed, but activiation actually went through a couple hours later before the mods had a chance to answer me.

More often then not it's human error lol.
If the credit card was actually charged (as opposed to just an authorization without a capture, some banks don't show any difference between an auth and a capture), it's unlikely to be human error (PM's system shouldn't be setup such that an activation can fail due to mistyping something, but still charge the card)
