Just in case, did you check your junk folder.

 

What have you tried? Forgot password? Support ticket?

As reset isn't working, you'll need to open a ticket. Click the question mark and type: talk to rep.

@Rabia1703While you wait for the moderator you can also try using 611 to purchas the roaming add on (make sure you have added enough balance to your account before you purchase).. follow the menu from this link https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Self-Serve/611-IVR-Menu-System/m-p/289352

 @Moderator_Team I need your help to reset my account password. I did not receive the reset link.
Can't send you private messages as the website loads an error when I am doing that.
