I tried 611. It was a mess..  The service was never activated, but yet I was charged three consecutive times an amount of $22.60..  This system is a mess so I've decided to take my business somewhere else.. This frustration level is too high for me.

@Rabia1703While you wait for the moderator you can also try using 611 to purchas the roaming add on (make sure you have added enough balance to your account before you purchase).. follow the menu from this link https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Self-Serve/611-IVR-Menu-System/m-p/289352

As reset isn't working, you'll need to open a ticket. Click the question mark and type: talk to rep.

Just in case, did you check your junk folder.

Explain your issue to SIMON, seen below:

Use as few words as possible to allow the BOT to understand. Answer his questions until you get here:

Click on "Submit a ticket" and the Moderator team will respond to your concern within 48 hours. May take longer, but the promise of the new Ticketing System was that it will reduce these wait times.

if you cannot reset using "I forgot password" then your only option is to contact the Mod, you can use SIMon to open a ticket.
