Regarding, My add-on.

When I got the public mobile, I had add-on for 200 min long distance.

and I received msg from public mobile. I have only 10 min left for long distance, so

I paid $15.75 for 400 min long distance add-on last July 27 by credit card but I realized

I can not use it right now. also I can not see 400 min long distance add-on on my account.

where is my money gone?

Purchasing an add-on is a two step process. When you try purchasing, the payment goes to available balance. When you purchase it again, it uses the payment from your balance.

 

So, if you only tried purchasing once, likely the balance was added to your available balance. In between then and now, your plan probably renewed and so the balance was probably used up. The payment history will show what exactly happened to that payment you made in July.

Remember buying the add-on is a two step process

1) putting funds into your account so they are available

2) then purchasing the add-on

 

If you've done this, then you will need the assistance of a moderator to look into the issue for you.

- a brief description of what has happened and when...
