If the money is in Available Funds...it will be applied to future renewal, rather than a refund. PM philosphy is no refunds especially for customer errors.

Can you tell us a bit more about your problem? Did you only purchase roaming data or did you have other add-ons purchased as well?

PM is prepaid so usually there are no refunds but you could try to contact a moderator.

Did you purchase then add us roaming and does it show up under add-ons in your account ?
