Please go to the 3 dots top right of your post and edit out your phone number then we can help.

You'll need to contact the moderators. Click the (?) At the bottom right corner of your screen to submit a ticket via Simon.  Type locked out of self serve and then human and follow the prompts to submit your ticket.  Keep an eye on the envelope icon next to your avatar at the top right corner of your screen for a little number to pop up indicating a message from the moderators.  Wait times are 2 to 8 hours or more  but your request is rather urgent I would expect around a 4 hour wait.
