I have to pay for a due on Feb 4, but I cannot enter my account when I start using until now, this is my first month. Please help me to sign in to pay because my phone deactivate right now. It is realy emergency !

@quoctran7862You are posting in a 3+ year old thread, people won't see this, you should make your own new thread. But either way you can dial 611 from your phone now to make a payment, if you have no card on file go buy a voucher from recharge.com, dial 611 from your phone and insert the number

 

EDIT why cant you get into your account? Was an account made? Where did you activate? Did you forget your password?

I have moved your message to the Self-Serve category and into is own message thread.  This is so that other customers and staff will have an easier time finding your message, and so that you'll probably get more people replying to you.  When a current issue is attached to end of a older and longer message thread, the danger is that people might skip it assuming that everything was already taken care of.

 

As stated earlier, payments can be added from a voucher by using the automated voice prompt system from your phone.
