@uluckysky, did you request a port out or in?  Trying to figure out what you have done.  Did you port a new number in and lose your current number or port it out to another provider.  Either way you will need to contact a MOD for assistance.  Unfortunately they are gone for the day and will return at  0900 Eastern Time.

You have posted in a very old thread - for future reference you'll have a higher chance of getting help fast if you start a new topic.

 

You need help from the moderator team - they are PM employees and can help with account and porting issues. Working on a first come, first serve basis, they will get back to you as soon a they can.
