i forgot my password trying to rest it. I put in my email to resive a code and i dont get the email. im trying to make a payment

Since the self password reset feature isn't working, you'll need to submit a ticket through https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/ to restore access to your self serve account.

@Tammy71  Do you have a CC registered on account?  If yes then dial 611 and you can make a payment.  If you don't have a CC then you can still pay using a voucher via 611. 

 

As for the email check your junk folder or if you have more than one email addresss, check that as well.  However, the pasword reset email expires 2 hours after receiving, so you may have to request a new reset code from the moderators.
