Porting from Koodo

Hi folks,

Bought a new SIM card and activated the $15 plan yesterday. Tried to port my number from Koodo Prepaid - it shows as not eligible. This was discussed in the Community previously and resolved by getting the moderators involved. I messaged them twice but nothing happend, not even a reply. Thoughts? How can I get the number ported? Desperately need it to be done before Monday morning.

Thanks in advance if anyone knows how to get it done.

No, it all goes into a queue for the next available moderator.

Depending on how busy they are, it can be up to 48 hours to hear back from a Moderator. Try to be patient, and to speed things along you should give them information up front like your account number, phone number, etc.

Moderators are available:

  • Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 9 PM Eastern time.
  • Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 7:30 PM Eastern time.

So your issue should be resolved by Monday.

Current moderator hours are:
Monday to Friday from 8 AM to midnight Eastern time.
Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 10 PM Eastern time.

Cool, thanks. I didin't know they work during the weekend. Gave them both phone numbers and both account numbers in my initial message. So hopefully all will be done by Monday.
