I would like to port in from kodoo to public. Both number are active.

Should start your own thread for visibility. Is your koodo account prepaid, and is it still active?

HI IAM TRYING PORT MY  NUMBER FROM KODDO 

SINCE FROM LAST 3 WEEK STILL NUMBER NOT PORT 

MY ACCOUNT NUMBER AND MY PIN EVERY THING CORRECT 

STLL MY NUMBER NOT PORTED  CAN U HELP ME PLS THANK YOU

I CALL KODDO THEY ARE SAYING  THEY RELESE NUMMBER TO PORT 

BUT PUBLIC MOBILE  PROVIDER NOT DOING IT PLEASE CAN YOU HELP

Have you already tried to port your number via self service account?  

 

You will need to contact moderator if your port has failed.  

Send a private message to moderator through the following link :

It will take 1-2 days to respond.

 

Also, please remove personal information from public forum.

Was this Koodo prepaid or Koodo postpaid?

If prepaid then you'll need to contact the @Moderator_Team < Click this.

If postpaid then this should have been a simple matter of using the transfer number or change number feature.
