I'm trying to port my number from kodoo and I keep getting this message:
Your Old Service Provider rejected your transfer request. Common mistakes:
My kodoo account is still active and working. I inserted my new PM SIM card in my phone and it seems to work fine. I can make calls and send and receive texts.
I called kodoo and they said there is no problem on thier end. I should contact PM and get help.

Hello Thanks to post a thread so community can help you. Just to sort out the things to help in a better way. You mean your both sims aare working fine, and you want to port your number from Koodo to Public Mobile is it right??
Read this post, follow the instructionon what information to include and how to send a private message.
If you want to try the port again, - Tick the I am authorized box first, only use the account #, do not use IMEI, do not use PIN and use an alternate phone number that is not the number you are trying to port.
