Plan renewal

Is it possible to renew your plan before the renewal date? I would like to know if we can pay for the plan earlier to get the services of that  new plan instead of waiting for the due date.

Yes, you can change to your new plan early using self-serve online before your renewal date.

Please note that there is no refund of the unused days of your current plan.

@Sing0763 , if you want to change to a higher plan, you can do so through self serve. If you want to renew the same plan, you must go through @Moderator_Team .

If you renew early before plan renewal date, you will not get a refund for any unused minutes or data. PM  is a prepaid carrier.

@Sing0763  The correct answer to your question has been posted by @ChuckYeah . You can change your current plan now to a different one thru self serve but you cannot renew your current plan now without asking the moderators to do it for you.

What does Public Mobile being a Prepaid Carrier has anything to do with it?
