Why is my phone off? I made my payment on April 6th, I have had no messages/notifications that my payment was due? I can't call out, I can't receive calls, I have no data - Why? I have noticed I'm not the only one, so is there a service outage? I'm in Ontario - I would love to know why a service I have paid for is down, that would be lovely.
