Money was paid for my plan but I'm only getting incoming and texting. I can't call out??

I've merged the two threads as the second one didn't seem to make much sense on its own.

LOL! Thanks, it's good to know. Not sure I understood the problem resolution.

OP is able to make calls by dialing out directly, but not via contact list...

 

If OP told us what message he was getting/hearing when making calls, it might have been a lot easier.

It looks like you might be on a limited/metered talk plan (such as the $15 plan which includes unlimited texting, 50 outgoing minutes and unlimited incoming calls).

 

If yes, log on your Self Serve account and take a look at your Overview page. Under My Data & Add-Ons, if you no longer see the minutes talk line on your Overview page, it means you have used up all the available minutes.

To get detailed info of your calls, you can click the "Plan and Add-Ons" tab > "Usage History".

 

Each call is rounded-up by the minute and timing starts while calls are ringing/connecting.
