I have tried the password reset times however I am not receiving an email to solve this issue as I've forgotten my password to get into my account. How long i have to wait and have other way can change the password?

It's not in the spam box -- it's not being sent out by Public Mobile.  I've been waiting for more than 24 hours for my 'test' email to arrive.

 

The issue is not resolved.

You will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your account info and they will rest from their end.
