Hi Public Mobile community. It's been one week since activation and it seems like I still cannot receive calls. I can make calls and use data but just can't seem to receive calls. Goes straight to my old providers voicemail. Kindly advise on how to rectify this. Thank you.

@alanling86, this is not normal and means your old provider account is still open and you will still be responsible for charges from them. It seems as though your port is stuck.
