Hi there,
Not able to access my account.
When I put in my email address and password, it says "invalid" account.
I also tried "forgot password" - but when i proceed as per directed to reset, it gives me an error and then says I have been locked out.
Extermely frustrating to try and understand/make changes to my account when I'm not even able to access it. There also isn't an ability to type a "private message" to the MODs. that webpage turns up blank.
Please advise.

Sorry to hear about that.
Yes, you will have to send a message to the Moderators to have them help you reset your account or help set up your new account.

If the above still turns out to be blank for you, please try logging out of the community and login back in or try a different browser or incognito mode on Chrome.
