No email received for self serve account password reset

I have tried to reset my password for my self serve account. I followed all the steps and I have yet to receive an email to complete the password reset. I tried 2 times and have been unsuccessful. I am now locked out of my account. Can someone help me out? @Mary_M

@iamryansabz  Be sure t send a private message to the moderators, it will give them a headstart and get your problem solved quicker.

@iamryansabz, you did the right thing by tagging a moderator in this thread.  You might as well write them a private message also.  When they respond in this thread, you will be asked to converse via private message anyway.  Here's how to private message a moderator in case you are not sure of the process.
