I changed my plan a few weeks ago to a promotion that was offered and i opted to start the plan immediately so I paid accordingly.
To this day I am still in the same old plan and I have already received a 70% limit of data hit at around 4gbs when my new plan should have nearly 20gbs...
If anyone can please resolve this? I have a lot of business trips that will require the usage of data and it will mess up all my plans.
