I've been trying to call *611 to pay my phone bill but it won't let me call the number and my sim card is saying sim card carrier unknown

@zenanarchyFor Public Mobile *611, #611 and 611 all goes to the same voice menu.

I had a phone once that was bought from the USA and had been a Verizon phone. Whenever I tried to dial *611 it would call Verizon. I had to always use #123.

@zachfrostCan you log into your selfserve account? What happens when you call your own number/ voicemail from another phone?
IF it is false for both. You might had been SIMjacked.
