Hi.
Recently switched to Public Mobile (ported my number) online.
Everything went through fine but my ported number which now belongs to PM is not listed on the selfserve page. I can see only my name, email and the alternative phone number in "My profile" section.
Is that normal?

I see. Thank you for the clarification.
I can confirm I'm able to see by number in Plan and Add-ons, Data & Add-On Usage but not in Usage History pages.

@_O_ Yes, that's normal. Our PM number is not listed under the profile. You can see your phone number on Plan and Add-ons, Add-on Usage, and Usage History pages.
