P.M. doesn't recognize my email or ph # to sign into my account.

I can dial 611 and get my account balance.  

Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

@DM100watch...try using incognito mode / private mode. Otherwise just wait until current issue is resolved. These outages don't usually last very long.

Did you activate at a store or at home?  If you activated at a store, I'm assuming that you're trying to create the self serve account at Public Mobile - Register ?
