My 50 dollar plan run out last month on the 12th I just added 25 dollars to it an it won't work

I believe that I have read comments here before that trying to reactivate an expired plan along with a plan change won't work. Not sure if that might be a maneuver that needs a moderator to complete? Others will know for certain.

@Bonbon1 also restart your phone also it sometimes helps to put your phone in airplane mode for five minutes then restart

@Bonbon1 are you in your self serve if so change plan now and there should be a reactivate button it may help to close your account and then go back in

No I haven't reach the 50 dollar plan only have 25 bucks an it wont let me change  to the 25 dollar plan
