Had an MTS prepaid phone number that I tried to port to PM. Purchased PM SIM card from Landon drugs store. big issue is can make calls but cannot receive, which means porting was unsucessful. Please advice.

portiiing can take a couple hours, and your old MTS number needs to be active for a port to complete. if you have met those requiremnts then you need to submit a ticket via SIMon with the correct porting info.

@Mamayao Very happy that link worked for you I gave the same info to someone else and was curious if it would still work....any pieces of advice in regards to dealing with the porting department on your own?

Your porting is incomplete and you need to submit a ticket by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.
