Lost data and issues with account

Good morning

My account (the $120 - 90 days 12 gigs from the first time around) and I have 2 accounts, my wife and one for me. My account doesn't seem to have data, doesn't show an add on in my account. The renewal or auto-pay date seems off as is it is not matching up with our other account t started same date.
I messaged the mods, and just waiting. But anyone know or experience the same ?

You should've received texts lettering you know you were close to running out. No sure why it wasn't in the usage. I'm just happy it's solved 🙂

Thanks ! Mods got back to me, if looks like my data is used all up which
Just need to top up over the last week and a half till me renewal

There is nothing under usage, just no add on

@Robert2254, all I know is that when data is not showing in the addon section that has meant that all the data was used up.  Let us know what the MODS come back with.
