Hello , I have forgotten/lost login information for my daughters account . How do I get it or how do I open new account ?

You do not need to create a new self-serve account account.  You self serve account username is your email address you used to activation your account. 

 

If your remember the answer to your security question, you can use the Forgot you password? link on the login page to reset your password.

 

If you do not remember the answer to your security question, create a moderator support ticket for help using this link https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/
Tell SIMon what is the issue (important) - "forget password and answer to security question"

 

After submitted your support ticket, you should check your private message SENT folder for their ticket which they just created.
If you cannot find your ticket in your SENT box, you had not create your support ticket yet. Also monitor your INBOX for any reply from moderator.
Click the envelop icon at the top right corner to access your private message mailbox.

Hello @Emmafex , you do not open a new account.

Do you know the email used? If so use the Forgot My Password option.

 

If you do not know the email contact he PM Moderaters.

 

To contact the Moderator_Team, there are two ways to reach them:

1-Click the question mark on the bottom right hand side of your screen to talk to SIMon the chat bot.
