My husband has been blocked and cannot access his account and in order to get help he needs to log in.

Simon can be used to open a ticket without needing the self serve login. If you try to open a ticket, you can verify by PIN.

After trying to login and failed many times, your account will be locked to prevent hacker from getting into your account by keeping trying different password. If you cannot reset your password, you need to create a moderator support ticket using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page.
Ask to "contact human" as question for one or more times. SIMon will eventually show you the "Submit a ticket" button. Click on submit button to get the create ticket screen.
Moderator wait time is up to 2 days.

 

As suggested by others, another option is dial 611 and use the account PIN to do tasks similar to online self server.

Do you know his 4 digit pin? Call 611 Option 5 Option 2 to disable auto pay. Assumng it's the same isssue on your other thread.
