Locked out

I have managed to completely lock myself out of my selfserve account. I no longer able to access the Hotmail i originally use. How can 8 get back into my account?

@dawnkira171 , if you need a password reset and assistance with that, please click on the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the website and initiate a support ticket.

You will need to contact moderator to gain access to your self service account.

To contact moderator via 2 methods:

  1. Ticketing system - faster response time

Click on the chat bubble icon on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact moderator.  Type: Contact moderator. Follow the prompts to submit ticket.  

or

2 Send a private message to moderator through the following link :

Expect a few hours response time.  Check your private messages for response.  The envelope icon on the upper right corner of website.  

 

You can do some basic account function by dialing 611 on your phone.

@dawnkira171 , system locks after so many failed attempts.

 

Try again in an hour, but before you do:

  • clear your browser's history, or try a different browser
  • you can also try opening a tab in incognito mode and log in that way
  • Try the Forgot your password option if the password is giving you issues.
