Hi I am locked out of my account and it is asking me to meet a public mobile agent.

 

How do I do this?

they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

    Check your private message inbox (click on the envelope top right of your screen)

@kcolors if you have waited an hour and tried Forgot Password and no luck.  You will have to open ticket with PM CSA to get this resolved.

 

 

(After you open a ticket with Customer Support Agent, please monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right.  Customer Support Agent will communicate with you via messaging within Community)

For faster response (2 to 48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right corner and request Cusstomer Support Agent assistance, or you can also use this direct link instead https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click on "Contact Us", click on "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket" then Follow the prompts to submit a ticket.

Hi,

I have already wait more than 1 hour for my account to become unlocked. I have also tried to change my password to have access to my self serve account and it is impossible to connect.

 

Please unlock my account.

Wait for 60 minutes, then try accessing your self serve account then.


I know that website says one hour, but I've found the required wait time to be closer to about 15 mnutes.

There isn't any way to meet with customer service. All support is provided on this website.  If resetting your password doesn't work, you'll need to open a ticket by going to:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
