Locked out of my account for 1 hour and sent a message to moderator team but they are not responding.

They probably busy these days since the new plan came out and attractive.

@swyncor sorry that you are experiencing issues.  I think you have more than one thread/post for the same issue.  Please try having only one thread/post so that people can promptly help out here.

Exactly this. None of us can help you with your account issues. I'm sorry you are experiencing difficulty but the moderator team is doing their best to help everybody. Your best bet is just to just be patient and wait it out, as well as giving them as much information as you can right off the bat so they can help you better.
