Hi,

I have been locked out of my Self Serve Account. Tried to reset password but never received an email!

The password reset function hasn't been working correctly for a while. You'll need the help of a moderator to get access to your account.


Send a private message to @CS_Agent, include your following info:
- account number
- phone number

- PIN
- a brief description of what has happened

…and they will be able to look into it for you and get your password reset for you.
