Explain the situation, and they can look into it. OR click the "?" in lower right side of the page, type "contact moderator", and follow directions to create a ticket for your issue.

@Lil-l123  Do you know your password? Or are you guessing? If the account is not accepting what you think your password is and have been locked out due to 5 unsuccessful tries it will clear in an hour or so... try again but clear your browser cache.  Reboot the device you are using to access the site. Use secret/incognito mode in chrome or Firefox and try again.

First, try the forgot password option at https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/

 

If that doesn't work, you'll need to go to https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/ and then tell the automated chat program that you have forgotten your password. Follow its instructions to open a ticket.
