I've tried to re-set it twice but I'm not getting an email to the new email address

Can you reset your password for your new email address?

 

If the reset function does not work, you will need to contact moderator.

My email address on account was changed a few months ago and now I am trying to get into my account and  it is not accepting the new email or password.
