Please help! I am locked out of my Self-Serve Account. It says to contact Public Mobile for help. Please help!

By locked out of your account, do you mean that you have forgotten the password? If so, you should be able to press the "Forgot your password?" link, located directly below the Log In button here.

So you just send a private message to MOD team. or you click right hand side "?" SIMon, he will direct to MOD team.
