Late SIM

After 15 days I emailed PMI customer service to report the SIM never arrived. Next day it appeared. I'm unable to register the SIM on self service. 

 

June 12th I was told my old account information would be removed so I could register without an issue. Even with another email it doesn't work.

O ok for that try clear cache and cookie and also try smartphone browser or safari.

What error are you getting.?
If it's saying invalid sim then you won't be able to activate then you need a mod assistance.

I would say try safari browser or ie usually work well with activation.
