It has been over 30 minutes and no reset link has been sent

hi:

 

my email has not seen the reset link and it has been over 30minutes.

 

It is the same one tied to this account.

No offence felt. We're customers just like you. You'll often see comments from regulars here about the things going on.

But it's the support method we all signed up for.

@free1reign As noted earlier, you have been here awhile so you should be aware of the PM customer service and the way it works. It shouldn't come as a surprise that replies take 24-48 hours depending on how busy they are.

When was the last time that you were able to access it?

Is your account active? If not do you know for how long?

That's a completely different problem from this thread.

What exact message are you getting from the phone? Is this for a new activation? You've been here for a while, did you set up your SIM PIN and have forgotten it?

Did you manage to submit a ticket?

Did you look in any spam or junk folders?

Is it possibly quite a long email address?

Are you matching the case of what you might have entered on activation?

They will ask you to prove that you are the owner (pin is the fastest way, but you should know dob name last 4 digits of cc and frequently called/texted number) then they will be able to help

Before you do check that you are not blocking any emails from Publicmobile

Also is you have used different email on the past with that account you can try resetting it with the email.

We used to be able to change the login but the email on file would still be there same original one until mods charge it. If that is the case also ask them to update it
