When I try to access the community from a Government of Canada environment (via web proxy, choice of Edge, FF and IE browsers) the screen need 2-3 "kicks" (highlight contents of address bar, press ENTER) to get content displayed.

When the page loads, there is typically just the following HTML: https://www.dropbox.com/s/fvwe752vd14e140/HTML.jpg?dl=0

Which displays as follows: https://www.dropbox.com/s/fvwe752vd14e140/HTML.jpg?dl=0

This is problematic.  I got a PM from a moderator re: how to request a port of a Koodo prepaid number.  The PM ended with "...".  Later, on my phone, the e-mail notification of the PM had additional text, including a link for requesting a number port.  This was missing from the PM sent by the mod.

It's not blocked, only sluggish. Frequently the page just gets displayed as blank parchment, with maybe some of the headers across the top. I then have to hit REFRESH (if icon is displayed) or highlight the contents of the address bar and hit ENTER...up to several times to get the rest of the content to display. Only the PM website has this problem.

If you are going through a firewall depending on the security forums maybe classified as social media and couuld be blocked or flagged.

This website is finicky at times.  They also recently revamped the website, so I would not be surprised if you are experiencing some issues trying to access from another environment, etc.

The site is known to have ssl certificate issues.  If you are browsing from behind some sort of net nanny, resolution of the website can be a challenge.  I experience similar issues at work.
