Is your phone compatible with PM and not locked to another carrier? Does your account show active in "My Account"? Does your phone show Public Mobile or No SIM or Emergency Only? Is your phone charged? Are you porting a number (those take time and can fail). We need more information in order to help you. If it is just data, did you set your APN?
