I singed up for the free holiday add-on. I can't see it on my account. How do I know it's there?

@Mar60  You sign in to your public mobile account and go to the add ons page once your there you can view how much data is left

Seems there is an issue with your account...try calling 611 you can apply them that way also. If still not able to contact moderators.

Ok so nvm if anyone else having issues try logging out and logging back in as it seems to be there now despite the odd message.

So I have done all that but when I submit the “purchase” I’m getting the following message.  When I check my add ons  it isn’t there. Any ideas?  I’ve tried a few times. Thanks.

Go into by data section and purchase it for$0 

You must make purchase yourself
