I got a message that I am out of data.
Contract is for 200mb and I use about 50mb a month.
From the date of my contract to now I got only 30.242mb used.
Where do I need go or to whom I need to talk to to make this fixed.
Thank you
@Francis7 The numbers in self-service account are correct. Base your decisions on them.

@Francis7 The data counter is pretty accurate. Are you sure it's not 250 MB? Don't remember PM offering a 200 MB plan.
If you sync the date on your device's data usage app to be your PM plan's start date ytou can get a pretty good idea on how much data was used.
Honestly 200 MB is not very much data to begin with but if you feel that there was an error then submit a ticket to PM for investigation.
To submit a ticket to the Moderator Team, please start a conversation with the Public's virtual assistant, SIMon by clicking here or the icon (bottom right of your screen).
If you are still having problems contacting Public Mobile then click here. The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.
Please note that account verification may be required when contacting the Moderator Team
There is 0mb left in my account.
Can you answer the question please
@Francis7 normally they are pretty good at tracking the data used here. Check your apps to see what may have used your data. If you still feel that an error occurred then contact a moderator and ask them to look into it for you. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.
- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.

Hi @Francis7 this had happened to me too with another carrier. It turned out that my phone was not connecting to my own WIFI. It used up all my data that month. Check your settings >> Network & Internet >>> WIFI
Good luck! Come back and let us know what happens. 👋
Public Mobile does not tell you you've run out or are at 0.
If the self-serve page doesn't show data then you're out.
Otherwise maybe you set your phone to tell you or to stop.
But there are no overages here so why bother.

Every 30 days (from when you started your account), your plan will renew itself...(assuming you have Autopay enabled) Your plan data bucket will refill at renewal.
If you merely use 50mb's in those 30 days, any unused balance is gone. Unused plan data doesn't carry over. If you do reach your data threshold...data will just stop until renewal.
If you have any data add-ons..they will roll over until you use them.
With the $15 plan, you'll get only 250mb's of data to use within the 30 days.
Log into your account / My Data & Add-ons / View my Usage to see how much plan data has been consumed so far.

This could be a 200MB add-on. Either 200 or 250MB would be very easy to use by accident, sometimes within a few mintues.
