When it is as sensitive as your password to your account it is only the Mods that can help and they can be reached by clicking on the little green chat bubble at the bottom right of the screen.

you will need to open a ticket with Mod to get this sorted out
To open a ticket with mod, click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot
Enter your question in SIMon. Follow the prompts until you reach the Contact Us button
