PM user ID is your email address whcih you used during activation.


In addition to our emails I think we all must have  unique user ids. I think that they consist of 5 digit numbers.


The numbers are for Community.  Why would you need that? You can't send private message to self. Yours is 63583.  You click on your profile and it shows you in address bar. 

 

There is no 5 digit number for self-serve account. It is your e-mail address.


Not sure but Yikes .....I think by mistake I accepted my post as SOLUTION instead of yours. Now what should I do?

Click on the 3 dot menu in that message and click not a solution

hello,  find the first email you recieved from the public mobile community and it will have that information outlining your login id and the email address associated with your community account.

 

that should do the trick.
