How do i add an app?

@Maaqtusiis65 , Facebook Messenger has nothing to do with Public Mobile.

 

Go to your phone's app store to add the app.

If you are talking about your Public Mobile Self Serve account and you cannot go past the email stage, please try to clear your browsing history and cookies before trying again.

If the problem is with a different application please do specify exactly which application it is.

Can you be more specific: what is the app you are trying to add?

@Maaqtusiis65  You may need to contact a moderator.

You can verify your email in the first email that public mobile have send to you @Maaqtusiis65 when you activated. Can you still call and text or not?

I have been putting in email address and just won't go past there. Says incorrect and that is correct address.

@Maaqtusiis65, if you're trying to add an add-on, if you have a card on file, you can add it via 611 on your phone, using the IVR.  You will need to know your PIN to do so.

If you are trying to login to your self-serve account, try the "Forgot Your Password" link on the login page to reset your password.  If you forgot the security question, you need to send a private message to morderator for help.
